"buyer's market". As shown below, staging can make a definite difference
in the effectiveness of a showing and the time it takes to get results!

	Ardmore Crest This vacant condo was on the market competing against several other condos in the same neighborhood. After staging it went under contract and sold for full price.
	Beacon Park Lane A new construction that showed very well after being staged and sold after being on the market for several months prior to staging.
	Bedford This home rented in under 30 days after being staged.
	Bridgewood After being for sale for 5 months with no offers, this home went under contract in less than 30 days after being staged.
	Collingwood After being on the market for 6 months, this home went under contract in less than 25 days after being staged.
