What is Staging and who uses it?
Staging is preparing a home to sell faster and for more money.  The process involves going through a home from the inside out and suggesting what might be an obstacle to selling that home
and what can be done to improve it.  Staging involves
de-cluttering, painting, re-organizing furniture and accessories
and a number of other tips that will lead to a quick and
successful sale. 

New construction or vacant homes greatly benefit from adding accessories and/or furniture.  This makes them appear
warmer, more inviting and also shows a prospective buyer how
to use the space.
